​For your first free class choose the class you want to attend, book and choose the option pay at Desk, this will help you avail of your first class for FREE !!!!!!
Remember to arrive 15 -20mins before your class starts next time you arrive you need to just sign in ……..

Exercise Sessions

After a hypoxic workout you will feel energised for the rest of the day due to the serotonin and dopamine release. We recommend at least two sessions per week to scientifically improve performance.

IHE Courses

Hypoxico’s Intermittent Hypoxic Training system (IHT) enables athletes, injured athletes, and sedentary individuals to enhance performance, increase fitness while injured, and pre-acclimtize to high altitudes.
