What to Expect
✅ Wear Sports Clothes – Comfortable workout gear is essential.
✅ Your Session –
• 40-minute high-intensity training in our altitude studio.
• 5-minute recovery session in our dedicated recovery room.
✅ Choose Your Equipment –
• Train on a bike, treadmill, rower, or ski erg.
• Your coach will explain the setup and guide you before class.
✅ Check-In Process –
• Arrive early for your first class to allow time for setup.
• You’ll check in and receive a heart rate monitor to track your performance.
• We use Polar heart rate tracking – you can create an account at Polar Flow, but don’t worry, we can do this for you at the studio!
✅ Bring a Hand Towel & Water – Stay hydrated and comfortable throughout your session.
✅ Leave Feeling Great! – Our sessions are designed to make you stronger, fitter, and more energized, so you’ll be ready for your next class!
